“2022 gave us the first proper bear market that hasn't had a big policy response since 2002. Both 2008 and 2020 had a very immediate policy response but we haven't had that this time because of the inflationary pressures, so dealing with that as an investment team has been a real privilege and I think we've navigated it pretty well."
