  • River and Mercantile Infrastructure GP S.A.R.L, a private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée), incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with its registered office at 2-4 rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, registered with the register of trade and companies of Luxembourg (the “RCS”) under number B253934 and subject to the Luxembourg law dated 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as amended.
