Arabella is a managing director, and Head of Institutional Distribution, working with her team to provide investment solutions to pension schemes, their consultants and trustees. Arabella joined River and Mercantile in 2010 from Edinburgh University where she gained a degree in Geography.

Joe Jepson is part of the UK Institutional team and is responsible for the investment consultant distribution channel. Joe joined R&M in 2017. Prior to this he worked as an investment consultant for a UK based consultancy and advised UK pension schemes. Joe is a CFA Charterholder and has a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York.
